“Reverie Blvd.,” is a 50-minute psychological thriller/film noir that highlights Craig’s talents as a producer, writer, director, videographer, actor, and editor. The story follows a detective named Sam on the hunt for the elusive Reverie Killer. Featuring local Atlanta actors and a crew of incredibly talented individuals, the film was completed in the spring of 2008, A production blog was created to update and educate viewers of the film’s progress. The completed film, along with two hours of special features, including a Behind-the-Scenes look at the making of the film, is now available on DVD.
Written and directed by Craig Dehut and featuring the talents of Brad Binkley, Leah Weller, Kevin Wilson, and Richard Blair, “REVERIE BLVD.” is a thrilling homage to the classic 1940’s film noir. Samuel Walker (BINKLEY) is a private detective on the hunt for the “Reverie Killer,” an elusive serial murderer that leaves each of his victims on Reverie Blvd. When his girlfriend Maggie (WELLER) becomes the latest victim, Sam teams up with police investigator and best friend, Jimmy (WILSON) to find the one responsible. As they begin to uncover the mysteries surrounding Reverie Blvd., Sam must decide for himself whether he’s more interested in justice or revenge, before the killer strikes again.
